  • 30-Day Hassle-Free Returns: We offer a 30-day return policy on all forever stamps and other products. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return.

  • Damaged or Lost Shipments: We take pride in our service, but if your stamp collection arrives damaged or gets lost in transit, we've got you covered. Simply email our support team at contact@bestonsalestamps.com with a photo or video of the issue. We'll verify it and promptly offer you a replacement or a full refund.

  • How to Start a Return: To begin the return process, contact us at contact@bestonsalestamps.com. If your return meets our criteria, we will send you a return note with instructions. Please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

  • Condition of Returned Items: For a full refund, items must be in "as new" condition, in their original packaging, and with all labels still attached. We also require a receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Exchanges: The fastest way to get a different item is to follow our standard return process for the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item.

  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you via email about the approval of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within one business day. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If you don't see your refund within five business days, please contact us.
